Elnura builds and scales modern health, wellness and longevity brands at the intersection of consumer, community and culture. Her focus: brand strategy, partnerships, growth and storytelling for companies shaping the future of healthier living.
She started her entrepreneurial journey as founder of The Digital Business, a digital marketing consultancy working from Munich, Sydney and Bali. She then co-founded and led 8minyoga, a B2B platform for wellness providers, followed by re:love cosmetics, where she was responsible for product development, e-commerce and sales of upcycled cosmetics. As COO of the 2hearts Community in Berlin, she spent nearly four years building and running a fast-growing community.
Since 2018, Elnura has led the German chapter of FAB, the Fashion and Beauty Tech community founded in California. She has built a broad network of brands, founders, investors and influencers across Germany and Europe, with a focus on clean beauty, femtech and sustainable fashion, and hosts events and webinars that bring the industry together.
